i feel sooo healthy today!! i ate oat cereal for breakfast, macaroni soup for lunch and chicken casserole for dinner. oats are good for me, soup is good for me too and it was home made so no msg and chicken casserole is lean meat with veg and barely any carbs. plus i went to the gym!! i was playing around most of the time but my body aches soooo much now! memo to myself: never wear spanky pants to the gym! i felt sooo exposed!
